Personally I think we can start to fix such problems with the repository
now.  At the very least this can be done on a branch, if it helps us
clarify how Ft.Lib.Uri will be simplified.  Not that I know that anyone
has the time to work on that; I was thinking more about appropriate
timing now that with XML core 1.0 approaching.
