[4suite-dev] Interested in exposing PercentEncode and PercentDecode as XPath extension functions

Devs,

I have an XSLT script which is building URIs from components, and I
need to be able to correctly URI encode the various components.  Do
you think that it is reasonable to expose the PercentEncode and
PercentDecode functions in XPath within 4Suite?  If so, I'd be happy
to do the (very minimal) legwork, here.  I would put them in the
FT_EXT_NAMESPACE.
