[4suite] web page outdated

Hi, 

I wanted to point out that the links to the 4suite distribution on
fourthought's web site are outdated : it looks like the News section on
each product has not been taken care of since March 16th, and the links
that are provided for direct download are pointing to nowhere (you changed
the ftp site architecture), and to older version numbers.
