[4suite] installation of 4suite 0.9 rc1

Hello,

Here follows the end of the printout of the installation of 4suite0.9. I
suppose you know about the shift/reduce conflicts, however I'm more
surprised by the last line: I installed with the network connection down,
so maybe this is what caused the error. Maybe you should mention somewhere
that the network should be up in order for the install to be performed
correctly.

So I dial up, relaunch, and get complaints with unsupported encoding
(UTF-8). I expect this has to do with the version of pyxml (0.5.5.1) I'm
using on the test machine. Is it necessary to get the latest pyxml version
from CVS ? Or is UTF-8 just used for the documentation ? And is it really
UTF-8 anyway, or just iso-8859-1 with no header ?
