Thanks. Your guess was close enough that it showed me the answer.
The build process generates the docs from XML using XSLT and if it
doesn't find the stylesheets locally, it tries to get them from our
server.
If you get the stylesheets from
ftp://ftp.fourthought.com/pub/stylesheets
And copy them to /usr/local/lib/xslt
It will use the local copies rather than access the net.
You are correct that this won't be a problem with RPM.
BYW, I guess local copies won't work for Windows users (no such dir as
/usr/local/lib/xslt).
Can any Windows users suggest a good general location for XSLT
transforms?
