[4suite] 4Suite 0.9.0.1 (release candidate)

We've made a lot of fixes, especially to packaging, and including some
of the items Alexandre and Nicolas turned up.

As a precautionary measure against wearing more brown paper bag, we're
releasing a pre-release.  Please, please try it out and let us know
what's still broken.  We hope to have a fixed general release on Monday.
