[4suite] Another snapshot

Hi there. I'm back for the evening.

I have not been able to install on a clean machine. Running setup.py
install fails with this message:

I suppose something went wrong with bison? I reinstalled BisonGen using
the latest rpm (I had rc1 before) but this did not change anything. I'm
waiting for suggestions.
