[4suite] Is cdata-section-elements attribute to xsl:output element implemented?

Hi.  Can someone tell me if the cdata-section-elements attribute to the xsl:output element is implemented?  A quick check of the source code seems to indicate it is being detected and set properly but not then actually being used (and it also does not in fact appear to be functioning).
