[4suite] Is cdata-section-elements attribute to xsl:output element implemented?

Thanks, Mike.  I keep forgetting.

We would certainly appreciate feedback on the snapshots, because as soon
as the next release comes out, they'll be the main mechanism for
obtaining bug-fixes between releases.
