[4suite] Installing trouble

4Suite and 4Suite Server are differnt beasts.  4SS 0.10.1 requires
4Suite 0.10.1.  See the installation HOWTOs

4SS doesn't have CVS snapshots.

Just follow the HOWTOs and install 4Suite 0.10.1 and 4SS 0.10.1.  Don't
bother with CVS until you need to.
