[4suite] 4Suite 0.10.2 alpha 1

We decided to release 4Suite 0.10.2 ahead of schedule to address a host
of bugs, and to gently introduce a few features.

We'd really like as much help as we can get testing this.  We'll follow
up with a release candidate on Monday, and the intention is a full
release on Tuesday if things go well.

As usual with the pre-releases, a C compiler is required.

Please test the new internationalization: French and German translations
hve been added courtesy Alexandre and Martin.

Error messages have been made a bit more friendly (you're given more
context of where the error occurred).

The XPath parser has been re-factored, eliminating many of the errors
people have been getting.  Note: if you need unicode XPath queries, you
still need Martin's PyXPath.

If you can check for smooth installation in any environment you have,
that would help.

There are many bugs fixed.

Note that many of the docs haven't been updated to reflect the new
version.  We'll do so by the first release candidate.
