Hmm.  I seem to recall problems with versions below 7.2.

I also think that PostgreSQL for Windows is considered less stable than
for linux.

We have a half-done ODBC driver.  If/when it's complete, that will
probably be the best option for Windows users (with SQL Server or other
respectable DBMS).
