[4suite] Install problems with 0.12.0a2

I haven't heard of this precise problem before, but it looks like a
problem building docs.

try the --skip-docs option to setup.py install

It also looks as if you are using the version of Python bundled with
Zope.  Any Zope users that can say whether or not this is a good idea?
