[4suite] Amara 1.1.7 broken with Python 2.4.3 on Mac OS X 10.4.6

A few months ago there was already a script on that, but there didn't
seem to be a solution for it, unfortunately.

I tried to install Amara 1.1.7 on my Intel OS X box, doing a sudo
python setup.py install.

The files get compiled, but the output ends in a lot of "Inappropriate
file type for dynamic loading" errors:
