[4suite] Amara 1.1.7 broken with Python 2.4.3 on Mac OS X 10.4.6

Thanks for your time and effort. We rely upon the community to test and debug
our Mac OSX support as none of us have regular access to one (especially the
new Intel Macs).

Not all files were being included in the source distribution; this is now
fixed.

Not all needed files were installed during the 4Suite-XML installation process
(see reason above). With your help, I think this should turn out to be a
solid release.
