[4suite] Impending release of 1.0

We're probably going to be releasing 4Suite 1.0 final within the next
few days.  Please download the latest code from CVS, or the 1.0rc4
packages, and give them a thorough exercise, so we can work out any
brown paper bag bugs.

Let us know of glaring errors.  We'd also love contributions of added
sections, or section improvements.
