[4suite] Help with installation of 4Suite - getting a strange message

Hi,

I am getting the error message below when I try to install it on my host
server.

On my local machine it went through fine.  I have Python2.4 on local and
Python2.3 on the hosted machine.  Any ideas would be welcome.
