[4suite] 4Suite Development Status

Hey guys,

I am currently looking at 4Suite as a replacement for a legacy system that
uses the MSXML parser.

To meet the criteria I would like to confirm that development is still
continuing on the tool set and that XSLT 2.0 support will be implemented at
some point in the future.
