[Versa] Versa issue: drawing the line on entailments

My opinion on this is that Versa should not require any entailment  
beyond simple entailment.  Then, whenever the spec bumps into  
entailment issues we differ to the model.

There will be exceptions.  One example is in the traverse function, if  
you specify the transitive option then the implementation would be  
required to simulate support for entailment related to  
owl:TransitiveProperty.
