[Versa] Round one of changes to the specification

Attached is my proposal for Versa 2.0 (I'll concede on the number).
I've worked on all sections up to the function calls section (so
through section 6). It includes all issues that are related to the
syntax of the language

I'll list them here for convenience:

* Support for literals and data types: Added as discussed, functions
still need updating.
* [] as existenstial placeholders in filter and traverse functions
* list slicing and indexing
* Boolean operators (and more)
* backwards filters
* {} as sub queries (and for scoping)
* N3 style URI references and strings
* declarations and the use of semi colons.

The ENBF has no shift-reduce or reduce-reduce errors (yah) but I think
there will be hours of fun up and coming getting it to parse....:)

I'll update CVS shortly.
