Probably. Just to be clear, I'm not 100% sure I like the way this is.
From my personal need it is nice to be able to do a top level query and
know if a literal exists, so
" 'foo' "
is a query I would do a lot. However, we need to not evaluate strings
as function arguments (as discussed in this thread) so you get "foo"
meaning two different things based on where it is used (this is the
part I don't like).
