[Versa] Versa doc

While upgrading regular 4Suite docs, do we want to change the Versa doc to use 
the much improved sdocbook stylesheet (and sdocbook DTD of course).  The 
layout/formatting is much superior to what is available with our docbook html 
stylesheet, IMO.
