[Versa] Grammar TODO list

Based on todays discussions here is what I see as changes that need to  
be made to the grammar.

1)  possibly some renaming, and simplification of symbols
2)  split the grammars.  What is a good name for the binding language?   
I think it should live in "Versa" CVS for now regardless of the name.
3)  We accept the "==".
4)  With the grammars split, I'm fine with "@" for a function  
reference.  If there are no objections this needs to be updated
5)  Add precedence to bgen to solve the "-" issues and revert back to  
"all() - rdf:type -> *" for traversal (working on this now)
