Yes.  As I mentioned in my last message, I think we should quickly establish a 
process for formal decisions.  This means there has to be a person or persons 
with final say.  I think that with this authority should come responsibility.  
i.e. those with such authority should be prepared to conscientiously 
contribute to and and promote the XPath NG project.

I would nominate myself in such a role, and I would also nominate Jeni 
(assuming she didn't mind the responsibility).  I do think we should have more 
than one person with final say, though an odd number to minimize deadlock.  I 
think 3 is a good number.

These are just my ideas.  Most importantly, I want to proceed on any basis 
that keeps people as motivated as they have been to participate, but minimizes 
conflict and diffusion.
