Namespaces (Was: Re: [Xpath-ng] Thoughts on work products)

Hi,

If we should decide to drop namespace nodes from the XPath Ng
model (which I generally think would be a good thing) we might
run into problems if we try to create a module for node constructors.

If we have node constructors, I think it's necessary to be able
to specify namespace declarations for a constructed element. I'm
not saying we must have namespace *nodes* for this but we
should at least have some idea how do it, if we ever do it.
