Yes, my feeling is that that's what most of us have in mind. We're just getting
warmed up ...

I don't know when, but I guess there will pop up a couple of drafts for
different modules. I, for my part, will probably write something up about
static context and functions. I think there will be some overlap among the
inital drafts but that will be sorted out as we go on. So I'm afraid
we will continue to be in limbo at least in the nearest future.
However, writing a draft is as little normative as posting on this
list. It's just a bit more concentrated. To have something normative
I guess we'd have to set up some sort of authority. I think we'll
have to ask Uche if he has any ideas in that direction.
