Well, for some definition of "pretty soon" :-)
I sincerely hope that everyone interested in the evolution of XPath
will post detailed last call comments on the drafts as they enter that
stage of development.
I recommend a single message per comment in order to make it easier
for the editors to identify and track comments.
As a co-editor of several of those documents, I am cognizant of the
fact that I may be considered part of the problem rather than part of
the solution, but we really do need your comments. That's the best
handle there is for effecting change.
To the extent that it can possibly be accomplished, I think it would
be better to have a single set of XPath documents that everyone could
live with than alternate sets of specs.
